Start where work gets lost
These are proposed workflow problems to investigate, not claims about your team. Bring a few representative, redacted examples so the assessment can establish what is actually happening.
- A creative brief starts from an old product specification.
- An approved asset reaches the wrong product record.
- A revision is finished, but its approval and destination are unclear.
- A tool update fails and the team cannot tell whether to retry.
An assessment you can use independently
The first engagement covers one workflow, one business owner and up to two named systems. You receive a current-state map, evidence sheet, feasibility note and a recommendation to build, adjust or stop.
It separates approved product facts from creative choices and lists the access, operations and review decisions a pilot would require. No production integration is implied by the assessment.
If a pilot is justified
Agree one route, exact read and write operations, one approved environment and a small pilot group. The pilot includes review states, missing-input handling, ambiguous-write recovery, evaluation evidence and an operating guide.
Before handover, the designated owner runs a normal case and an agreed exception. Production release and wider rollout are separate decisions unless explicitly included in the written scope.
Inspect the evidence
The site includes a permissioned, anonymized project-level account of connecting design and office workflows through Codex. It does not claim named customers, sole delivery responsibility or quantified savings.
The interactive examples use synthetic data and simulated outputs. Public open-source fixes show engineering work that can be inspected; they are not customer endorsements.
Work directly with an independent engineer
I am Leon, an independent FDE engineer (Forward Deployed Engineer) and AI implementation consultant. Work is delivered remotely in English. My total capacity is 40 hours per week across engagements; an allocation and meeting overlap are agreed for each project.
Start with the recurring task and the two systems involved. Fees, dates, deliverable ownership and third-party costs are agreed in writing before paid work begins.
Practical questions
Do we need a new ecommerce platform?
The assessment begins with your current tools and their permitted integration options. Any new software or manual step is an explicit recommendation, not an automatic requirement.
Will AI publish content automatically?
Only operations expressly agreed in the scope are permitted. The initial route can stop at a draft or an approved staging record. Review and publication authorization remain explicit.
Do you sell software accounts or discounted model access?
The service is workflow assessment and implementation. Software accounts, licenses and provider charges remain separately agreed; no discounted supply or resale offer is made here.
How are fees and timing agreed?
A written scope sets the fee, delivery window, access requirements and acceptance owner before paid work starts. No checkout or payment request is available until the payment arrangement is confirmed.
