Inquiry privacy
Your inquiry is for a reply about your project.
The form prepares a brief in your browser. It sends only when you choose “Send project inquiry”.
What is collected
Your email, workflow description, service choice and any name, company, tools, time zone or constraints you add. The landing page and campaign tags in your link are also recorded to understand the inquiry source.
Purpose and storage
Chen Xulin (陈旭林), known as Leon S Kennedy, uses this information to assess and reply about your project. Website inquiry records are stored with Cloudflare for up to 90 days. This is not a marketing subscription or a payment request.
Legal basis
Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, I use inquiry data to take steps at your request before an engagement when you contact me personally, or for my legitimate interests in assessing and responding to a business inquiry when you act for an organisation. The form requests a reply about this project; it is not permission for marketing.
Processing locations and providers
Chen Xulin is an independent consultant based in China and accesses inquiries from China. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores website inquiry records; Gmail is used for email replies. These providers may process data in other countries, including outside your country or the European Economic Area. This service does not promise EU-only processing. Contact me before submitting if your project requires a particular data location or transfer arrangement.
Email is a separate choice
“Open email draft” opens your email application and does not send a message. If you send it, your message and sender address are handled by the relevant email providers. An ongoing email conversation is separate from the website record.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, confidential customer information or sensitive files. We agree any access to sensitive material and an appropriate transfer method separately.
Hosting and requests
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and may process technical request data. This version adds no advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics scripts. Inquiry source tags are described above.
Your rights and complaints
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact m15178824683@gmail.com. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including in the country where you live or work.
