One workflow. A useful decision.

Find the right first step
for your AI workflow.

A focused paid assessment for ecommerce operations and creative teams in Europe and North America.

Your team already has AI tools. The hard part may be the work between them: preparing inputs, reviewing output, moving files and keeping people informed. This assessment makes one process clear enough to decide what to build next.

Bring one workflow and its two main systems.

We review up to five representative examples, hold a 45-minute working session and finish with a 30-minute decision call. One consolidated factual correction round is included in the proposed scope. We agree the fee and delivery window before starting.

Four things you receive

  1. A workflow map. Inputs, steps, people, tools, handoffs and the output that matters.
  2. An evidence sheet. What we observed, what is estimated, what is unknown and how to measure it.
  3. A feasibility note. Capabilities and access constraints for two named systems, including manual steps and checks still needed.
  4. A decision and pilot outline. Build, adjust or stop, with a proposed boundary, dependencies and acceptance checks.

A decision you can use independently

The assessment can end here. You can use the findings with your own team or another provider. If a pilot makes sense, we scope one workflow, up to two named connections, one environment and up to five users. Implementation, production access and third-party software charges are separate from the assessment.

What working together looks like

You work directly with an independent consultant, remotely and in English. A named workflow owner brings examples and makes business decisions; a technical contact helps confirm access when needed. Redacted samples and a screen-share can be enough for the assessment.

A typical starting point is product-image coordination: approved inputs, a design service, human review and an agreed destination. Try a synthetic demonstration of the review and recovery steps. The demonstration uses sample assets and simulated services.

Start with a fit discussion

Send a short description of the task, its tools, what gets stuck and your time zone. We will agree a meeting time and decide whether the assessment fits.
